June 2005 - present: Construction Project Manager for Van Con Construction,

Inc.

. All aspects of commercial/industrial construction project management

encompassing from early proposal stage to project completion and post-

project close out including, but not limited to:

> Successful development and maintenance of new and long term

client relations

> Detailed and accurate preparation of project proposals and

estimates

> Subcontractor procurement, scheduling, coordination and

supervision

> Oversee on-site supervisory duties and quality control

> Effective management of project schedule and budget

> Orderly maintenance of contract documents including submittals,

change orders and project drawings

> All aspects of project close-out including as-built drawings,

punch list/warranty completion, owner close-out manuals and

customer follow up
