In this role, I successfully designed, developed and implemented human resources programs and processes for US and

International regions, with a total employee population of 422.

HR Operations

Partnered with SVP HR and Executive Team to develop and communicate the company’s Values statement and

Leadership Standards

I facilitated focus groups created to brainstorm and identify the values that best described the

organization and presented results to Executive Team

Designed, developed and implemented the New Hire Orientation curriculum for US and international regions,

which included an online audio program for remote employees

Manage the On Boarding

Designed and implemented the new hire orientation program for onsite and remote employees which

resulted in all new employees completing orientation within their first 30days.

Manage the Off Boarding function

Developed the termination process / workflow for the entire organization (US &International)
