circulatory diseases in the Cardiology and Endo-Vascular system.

Summary of Duties:

Current Duties: Organize and verify all personnel are completing the tasks

for the shift (Formulations, Product Transfers, Collecting WFI,

Changeovers, Cleaning, Review Batch Records for completed Lots, Perform

Line Clearances, Verify Vials and components have the correct labeling on

all lines, Address all personnel issues, including documented training,

promotions, etc.

Previous Duties: Under general supervision, performs a wide variety of

moderately complex duties to troubleshoot, maintain and repair all company

manufacturing machinery and failure prevention. Following preset

standards, calibrates mechanical equipment to maintain operating limits.

Performs planned preventive maintenance following established guidelines

and recommends further repairs and remedial actions as necessary. Microsoft

Windows2000, word, excel, word perfect, acrobat, maxim and data entry.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:

. Troubleshoots, maintains and repairs all company machinery, equipment,

instruments and test equipment and performs failure prevention.

. Utilizes a variety of standard and non-standard manufacturing test

equipment to check-out, test, troubleshoot and maintain tools,

components, instruments, and test apparatus.

. Disassembles malfunctioning equipment, instruments or test equipment and

tests mechanisms and circuitry for defects.

. Replaces or repairs defective parts.

. Reassembles equipment, instrument or test equipment, and tests assembly

for conformance to specifications.

. Inspects equipment, instruments and test equipment periodically and

adjusts calibration to ensure functioning within specified standards.

. Calibrates equipment, instruments or test equipment according to

established standards.

. Make recommendations of modifications to enhance equipment life or

productivity.

. Works with power and hand tools, blueprints and schematics.

. Follows planned preventive maintenance procedures and guidelines.

Recommends further repairs or remedial actions.

. Responsible for ensuring personal and company compliance with all

Federal, State, local and company regulations, policies and procedures

for Health, Safety and Environmental compliance.

. Follows all company and corporate health, safety and environmental

policies and standard operating procedures.

. Works closely with engineers to determine equipment fault characteristics

and makes recommendations on improvements.

. Writes somewhat simple to moderately complex technical reports.
