DishNetwork Inc (Jan 2006 to Present) - Senior IT Manager / SOA
Principal Program Manager/Acting Director - responsibilities included:
setting up IT, Business, Testing and User Teams for the delivery of
multiple projects across numerous internal and external partners with
a multi-million dollar income. Responsible for software development
of large and small projects, work assignments, verification of
deliveries and milestones as well as the negotiation of deployments
with the Business and IT Teams. Responsible for budget management of
several million dollars and multiple matrixed team members for a SOA
transition projects. The Project is completely re-engineering the
traditional architecture methodology, software development, Automating
testing and automating the deployment activities.
Release Manager for numerous releases responsible for ensuring

the definition, equipment selection, migration of application and
software development for a compliance Program. The Program
encompassed defining the business and system requirements, designing,
coding, with unit, full Integration and System Testing and deployment
of an upgraded software system. The Program had over 100 personnel,
requiring direct interfacing and coordination with 6 different
Directors and their staff for .Net corporate enterprise. Release

work installation, UAT, Production review and Prod fixes. Release
took two full days to complete due to size and complexity.
Senior Project Manager - Responsible for management of business
initiatives for the Wholesale Market Unit, including monitoring of

dependencies. Providing guidance, assisting with solutions and

Senior Program Manager for IT Development Projects: Derived and validated

documentation, software development and delivery, scheduling, resource
allocation, workload definition for numerous implementation and development
projects. Managed and directed staff of over 50, to the completion of
systems design for hardware and software systems, design coordination,
software rewrite requirements, integration, equipment selection, and
