processes, and assist in writing procedures for the operation of

production lines of the upper and lower intake manifolds of the 3.5

and 3.9-liter GM engines, front cover piece for 3.8-liter GM engines,

lower manifold for 4.3-liter GM engines, and crossover piece for 3.9-

liter GM engines

. Perform programming, rev counter updates/calibration, point teaching

and maintenance of all plant robots -- Motoman XP50 and ABB robots

(IRB6400 M96 and M94 and IRB 2400)

. Generated and performed all necessary installation of "in process"

systems onto 3 lines that increased production 10% or more as well as

reduce labor costs and down time.

. Acknowledged for improving communications between 1st and 2nd shift

engineers using typing and computer skills that greatly improved

performance of the department. Was engineer on duty alone on 2nd shift

for ~1 year.
