end system to support DSL. This GUI application is used for pre-

qualification and ordering.

Retail Iconsole is a multi-tier application with a .NET client that

integrates web applications and TN-3270 (mainframe) systems through a

single framework. This system was designed to reduce call-handling time for

Call-Center representatives, and provides functionality including: Single

Sign on, SmartPaste (intelligent copying/pasting of data from mainframe

systems to web applications), automated retrieval of Customer Service

Records and Customer Pending Orders.

Responsibilities

. Assigned tasks to testers, worked with developers to get issues resolved

timely

and effectively.

. Coordinated entire offshore testing effort including functional tests,

system tests,

integration tests, end-to-end-tests, regression tests and stress tests.

Improved response times by 30% by identifying performance bottle necks

through

stress tests.

. Stress tested the application with Load Runner. In the Virtual User

Generator,

modified HTTP-mode as well as URL-based recorded scripts with ANSI C,

inserted

transaction markers, think times and rendezvous points, grabbed dynamic

devices. Using Business Logic, SWM intelligently processes all data

transaction requests.

Responsibilities

Assisted in analyzing the user requirements designing and documenting the

system testing Schedules, testing procedures and test plans.

Also involved in executing automated LoadRunner scripts based on the

Executing different scenarios like compatibility, salability, and load test

systems. The client applications provide the interface email, task

scheduling, calendar appointments, meetings, address book data, etc.,

between the devices and the enterprise mail servers.
