. Build and troubleshoot PLC controllers and Assembly lines.

. Teach students how to perform experiments.

. Quality inspection of mobile phone game program developed using K-

JAVA language.

Skills:

Design, wire, test and program instruments:

. Program and troubleshoot ladder logic (Mitsubushi FX_family).

. Wire and program touch screens (Pro-Face, E-Design) for PLC-Human-

interface.

. Build a camera sensor system (cognex) for a production line's quality

control.

. Program the positioning and instruction (Roboware language) of a

Robotic Arm (Mitsubishi RV-M1)

. Design and build a basic board to teach students how to wire and use

relays, timers, jog switches, sensors, alarms, motors.

. Debug PLC software and have students use it.

. Program an AC-servo motor amplifier (Mitsubishi RV & Mitsubishi MR)

for use in a conveyor line.

. Design, build and wire a home security system using PLC's to control

and manage sensors, HMI and alarm for protecting a house.

. Draw schematic for basic board and home security system (AutoCAD).
