Sr. Project Manager

From 1980-present my primary responsibilities

have been as Project Manager with emphasis on

the following duties: Bid Preparation, Cost Estimating,

Purchasing, Shipping and Receiving, Sub-Contractor

Coordination, Engineering and Field Coordination, Change

Order Execution, Customer and Contractor Interface,

and Chair job site Construction and Safety Meetings.

These responsibilities were performed on projects

ranging in size from $50,000-$10,000,000 primarily in the

erection of furnaces in the Glass and Steel Industry.

Steel Detailer/Structural Steel Checker

Serves as a steel drawing Detailer on numerous glass

and steel furnace projects.

Manager and Supervisor Design/Drafting Services

Managerial responsibilities included leading a team

of design draftsman and complete responsibility

for specific structural areas of various projects.

Field Superintendent

Duties included providing services on numerous projects

with direct responsibilities for managing various

construction

trades,

including but not limited to structural ironworkers, brick

masons,

and laborers. I assisted in interfacing with pipe fitters,

electricians,

and millwrights.

Job Site Owner's Representative

I worked with numerous owners in the glass and steel

industries.

I assisted owners in assuring contractors followed and

installed

per project specifications, assisted in change order

reviews,

and interfaced with contractors and the owner's design

engineers

to assure specifications were followed. I worked on

projects such

as:

glass television projects, steel pusher furnace

installation,

and fiberglass and forehearth installations.
