• My duties included complete P&L responsibility of a 17,000 customer cable system with three offices

in two states including 9 city franchises. Capital project budgeting, business and marketing plan

creation. I was in charge of operations process flow, project management for the implementation of up

to 12 million dollar capital improvements. Supervision of 30 FTE’s and four direct reports not

including sub contractors. Customer service, sales and marketing, advertising sales, technical

maintenance including maintaining Federal Communications Commission compliance, installation

crew scheduling and quality control. I was actively involved in franchise renegotiations, State

association board member and president.
