Summary

Have experience using model conversion between UG NX 5 & 6 and Solid

Edge V20, also using Keycreator 8 and Solidworkes 2008. Used Solid Edge V20

for 2 years at Goodrich Engine Components creating models of engine blades

and vanes. Creating Weld fixture tooling, to cool down the hard surface

welding operation.

Worked for F & B Mfg., Co. designing solid models for Hydro Formed

tooling. Was transferring models between Solidworkes and Keycreator for our

tooling needs. These models were used to CNC machine our tooling for use on

our Laser machine and Hydro forming operation. Also purchased all material

for tooling manufacturing.

Selected Accomplishments

Completed training on Solid Edge V19 & V20 CAD software to better model

tooling used in the manufacturing area. Also used Unigraphics NX 5 & 6 to

convert models to Solid Edge for use in constructing tooling models.

. Completed this training in the first two months of my employment.

. Determined design factors including size, geometric shape, depth, and

wall thickness to set up CAD Models to produce machine parts and

components from blueprint.
