Held various positions in Sales, Marketing, Director of Sales
Administration and Corporate Training as well as Director of Customer
Service. Throughout my career at Allnet, I was responsible for
supporting a nationwide Sales Force as well as a 300,000 Customer Base
of long distance telephone users. I had over 200 Reports, including 3
Senior Managers, 5 Managers, 10 Supervisors, and over 200 additional
employees comprised of Trainers, Technical Support and Customer
Service Representatives.
1995-2006
Floribunda Flowers, Clawson, MI
Owner - Redesigned entire shop from creative, inventory, vendors and
employees. Sold business at double the purchase price.
Entrepreneurship is a fascinating endeavor which I was determined to
experience in my lifetime. I was able to put into practice everything
I had learned in school and at Allnet about Customer Service,

2007-2008

Account Executive - Cold Called and sold gift certificate advertising
to small and medium sized businesses throughout the Detroit
Metropolitan area. Businesses would sell these certificates for more
than what they purchased them for and make a profit. I was always
able to meet monthly goals through referral business and getting
appointment through aggressive cold calling by phone and in person.
2008-2009
Screenvision, Rochester, NY
Account Executive - Cold called and sold cinema advertising to medium
and large businesses who wanted to advertise their product and/or
services on theater screen throughout the State of Michigan and the
Midwest. These were large purchases by the customer with long term
commitments; building a relationship with the customer was important,
as well as service and follow up. Account retention and growth were
key performance measures as well as new business. Met all performance
