years, and +10 years in the CAST Film Coextrusion Market, in a major LatAm

extrusion company.

My experience covers Production, Maintenance, QA, Dispatch and Invoicing,

Customer Service and R&D Departments.

1.- High experience in Plastics technology and materials.

2.- Dual nationality holder, Spanish (EU) and Andean Community (South

America), that assures great coverage over Europe and the Americas.

3.- 15+ years experience in a leadership role.

4.- 10+ years management experience in a major LatAm coextrusion company.

5.- High experience in Coextrusion technology and materials, barrier films,

resins, suppliers (Dow, Dupont, EVAL, Basel, Mitsui, etc.)

6.- Film development and marketing experience giving the flexibility to

coach clients on resin applications and supporting them on extrusion

techniques.

7.- High knowledge of ISO 9000, TPM or lean Principles.

8.- High knowledge of resin suppliers and grade selection from Dupont,

EVAL, Honeywell, BASF, Basel, Mitsui, etc for Polyamides (Nylon), EVOH,

EVA, PEs, PP, Tie Layers, etc.

9.- Experience in Lab analysis for films properties and equipments:

Elmendorf, traction, MFI, COF, barrier (WVTR / OTR), etc.

10.- Experience in financial analysis and development and budget control.

11.- High knowledge in management, project planning: expansion and

optimization of production lines, assembly machines, management of

multidisciplinary teams.

12.- Excellent relationship with extrusion line suppliers and equipment,

such as Reifenha ser, SML Lenzing, Cloeren, Thermofisher, KMEC, etc.

13.- English and Spanish as formal languages.

14.- Experience in Planning and management of project investment plan.

15.- Participation in trade shows and international conferences as K Show,

NPE, Latin Pack, etc.

16.-Strong leadership skills

17.-Excellent organizational and problem solving skills

18.-Effective time management skills and ability to manage competing

priorities

19.-Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with

coworkers, managers and clients
