Elvis is the replacement to the existing system which is used by editors to

publish the story.AP Editors will use this tool to publish the story; the

story content will be created using the word doc. This tool will help the

users to maintain the version

User can link media to the story (Photo, Graphic and video) which are

created by other editors. The entire story will be saved in the SharePoint

server. SharePoint act as the repository place for retrieving the story and

storing all the server side information. User can save the story without

publishing it. Dashboard will let the user to search for the story, they

can search for published, saved content.

profile and their key skills which is provided by STATS. User can also get

the schedule, results and medal stand of the player or by sports/country

which is provided by stats.

Vancouver Olympics 2010 widgets are quick and simple applications that

provide the latest news, pictures, videos, headlines and other data. You

can view, read and interact with content on your favorite social network

site such as Facebook or Twitter, your blog, or your personalized home

page.

AP Exchange is a Web-based service that enables user to search and scan the

AP report. AP Exchange is used by AP members to access AP content. AP

generates thousands of stories every day. Finding a story that matters most

is much easier through this type of service. Searching for stories is

better, a member can access the service from any computer with a Web

connection, members can save specific searches, so this truly becomes a

highly personalized method to access AP. Members can also pull content from

AP Exchange into their production systems via AP Web Feeds or submit

content via XML, text or HTML.

Depending on user entitlements, AP Exchange provides up to 30 days of text,

3 days of audio and two weeks of all other media content (Graphic, Video,

Interactive, Photo). The default view for searching and review is two

weeks. Users can also tailor the view to show one day, three days, or one

week.APExchange also allows the user to search the third party content and

Archive contents.
