EXPERIENCE OVERVIEW
During the 9 years of my appraisal career I have been certified in the
states of Utah and Arizona. I began as an appraiser trainee in
2001 in Salt Lake City, Utah. I worked for several years with a
certified residential appraiser while continuing my education to gain
certification as a residential appraiser. My appraisal experience
includes field and desk reviews, REO, and retrospective appraisals.
Since 2006 I have been the primary owner of CW & Appraisal Associates.
During this time my primary clients have been
Landsafe/Countrywide/Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Met Life Home
Loans, America First Credit Union as well as small mortgage companies.
In addition to being a Certified Residential Appraiser I am licensed
as a Real Estate Agent in the state of Utah. However, this license
was achieved primarily to enhance my knowledge of the real estate
markets.
