I've worked with Hurco, Haas, Bridgeport engine and CNC lathes. I have
experience with wire EDM machines also. I'm a fast learner and work well
with others.
I have experience with close tolerance parts such as surface grinding
manifolds to a .005 flat surface, and spun rivets ensuring secure fastening
measured by depth gauges. I also manually remanufactured parts saving the
company costly overtime by salvaging defective or damaged parts. In this
position I was able to train others to follow the correct method of
troubleshooting.
With the knowledge I gained from continuous quality improvement, I was
promoted to the rework area and began facilitating team meetings between
upper management and machine operators such as myself to improve
communication throughout the plant. With immediate contact with personnel
if an issue occurs, keeps downtime to a minimum.
