Manage a team of 20 Engineers, Supervisors and
Engineering Technicians in support of the Air Force
Research Laboratories (AFRL) wind tunnel complex at
Wright Patterson Air Force Base. This position is
responsible for the operations of two critical wind
tunnels as well as the maintenance on all three
wind tunnels at the site. This position is
responsible for all actions regarding the contract
with the Air Force including all of the financial
and personnel actions as well as subcontractor
contract negotiations related to the contract.
Total contract value is ~$37 million. Currently
have a Secret security clearance with the DoD.
Facility Operations and Maintenance Manager DoE
(2.5 years) Livermore, CA
Developed the facility operations and maintence
program. Manage facility operations and
maintenance ($3 Billion ~1,000,000 SqFt. facility)
within budget including developing manpower
forecasts and facility capital planning. Meet
yearly goals for work completion, Responsibilities
include the management (including aquisition) of 28
employees as well as the procurement of facililty
equipment and tools. Develop, maintain, and
coordinate the execution of the facility operations
and maintenance plan including landscape planning
and maintenance activities. Built a cohesive team
challanging the existing culture and creating a fun
and efficient workplace.
Deputy Site Manager (1 year)
Dearborn, MI
Work with the site manager to direct all operations
at the client's location. Including the management
of 29 employees including Technicians, Supervisors,
and Engineers. Responsible for the successful
completion of all testing and maintenance
operations for three automotive climatic wind
tunnels within budget. Increased test success and
accuracy, decreased budget, and increased test
throughput.
Test/Facility Engineer (1.5 years)
Dearborn, MI
Develop and coordinate testing and maintenance
activities for full scale automotive climatic wind
tunnels. Work with client to coordinate the
development and completion of tests accurately and
reliably. Troubleshoot all aspects of testing
including test article function, instrumentation,
and facility controls/equipment.

Setup and operate automotive exhaust test
laboratory, including test equipment specification,
installation, configuration, and startup. Worked
