food products company. Coordinated year-end financial audit shortly after
starting with the company and prepared SEC filings for annual and quarterly
reporting needs. Worked to settle creditor accounts during the company's
cutback in operations. Also worked with agricultural debtors to settle
prior year debts which previous management had accumulated. Assisted
executives with preparation of business plan to assist company in obtaining
additional financing to fund the company's ongoing operations.

MANAGER OF ACCOUNTING
Responsible for financial statements and SEC reporting for company which
had recently gone public. As company's first professional accountant,
prepared first SEC report for company six weeks after starting employment.
Established first accounting system for company using personal computer
software package. Coordinated contract administration on jobs in process,
including government contracts.

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND CONTROLLER 1983 to

Responsible for entire accounting and finance function, including financial
reporting to President, CEO, and Board of Directors. Coordinated all work
