prepared first SEC report for company six weeks after starting employment.

Established first accounting system for company using personal computer

software package. Coordinated contract administration on jobs in process,

including government contracts.

DELTAK CORPORATION 1976 to 1985

DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND CONTROLLER 1983 to

1985

Responsible for entire accounting and finance function, including financial

reporting to President, CEO, and Board of Directors. Coordinated all work

for financial year-end audit including tax provision calculation.

Coordinated preparation and completion of annual reports to shareholders.

Prepared and reviewed all SEC filings. Responsible for purchasing of

company's commercial insurance policies and administration of company's
