as income properties. My regional areas covered include Aspen, Bennett, Byers, Denver, Colorado Springs,
Evergreen, Leadville and Vail Colorado. I also covered the Phoenix and Scottsdale metropolitan area.
Cactus Point Developments LLC, Scottsdale, AZ 2003 to 2005
Business Development
Development of two mixed use new residential communities in southwest Arizona. Responsible for land
acquisitions and rezoning working closely with city council to develop the properties. Designed master plan of
development and style of home to be constructed. Budget was over $30 million for 26 single family homes 2 strip
mall and 5 two story duplexes. Purchasing manager for kitchen cabinets, etc. Managed the subcontractors and
worked with local homebuilders. Project sold out project in 10 months. Worked closely with Arizona Department of
Corrections as the main client and also the low income housing council of Arizona. Worked with Arizona state
government to acquire funding for project as well as lending packages that designed for the local market. Project
was completed in less than 24 months.

The Truffle Hunter Group develops oil and gas leases for exploration. Duties include tracking mineral owners to
buy and sell oil and gas properties as well as contract writing and project management and development. Able to

Summary
My work history extends over more than 15 years of business development and sales management. My background
includes mortgage banking in residential and commercial loans. New residential community developments in
Arizona and Colorado. I worked as a securities broker for Schwab where my main focus was the mutual fund and
tax. Have successfully owned or managed several diverse businesses that include: Appraisals Colorado LLC, Signal
