ensure proper flow down of customer quality requirements. Resolve quality

issues that occur with Operations, Suppliers, and customers. Review and

assign 10CFR50 Appendix B quality requirements on NQA-1 purchase order

9858A quality programs. Review customer quality requirement imposed by

contracts. Assist in quality surveys, training of new employees, and

management support to one of three main product lines and coordinated SPC

plant wide.

As Source Inspector-Conducted suppliers quality system audits. Prepared

requirements. Audited production department's procedures and documentation

assuring Garrett and Military specifications compliance. Received and

inspected complex castings, machined parts, precision gear teeth,

impellers, and starter blades before and after installation.
