. Parts had to be available to General Motors in Linden NJ with a two hour

to 20 Trucks per day on a 2 shift workforce

1) Trucks would come in from all parts of the US and Milk Runs had to be

setup in order to minimize overloading of trucks with limited receiving

line to determine quantity and shipping dates. Responsible for controlling

and keeping inventory at less than $6,000,000. Established delivery

sequences of components in coordination with designed product runs.
