experience as an engineer and program manager. This
experience includes thirteen years supporting new product
development in the automotive, appliance, and medical device
industries, and over eight years supporting Department of
Defense contracts for the Air Force, Navy, Army and
Department of Homeland Security.

Professional Experience
Qbase Inc. Beavercreek, OH 07/08 - Present
. Manager, Professional Services: Duties include leading the
Professional Services Team of software engineers and
technical analysts that provide support to active Government
contracts for the Air Force. Manage cost, schedule, and
performance of all Government contracts to insure all
contract deliverables are provided to the Government on time
and within budget. Responsible for submitting monthly status
reports, conducting program management reviews, developing
work breakdown structures & schedules and tracking costs on
all contracts. Provide new business development support to
increase revenue while providing on-going customer support.
. Facility Security Officer: Key Management Personnel (KMP)
responsible for facility and employee security detail.
Initialize and process individual clearances in JPAS. (Joint
Personnel Adjudication System) Responsible for ensuring that
facility is compliant with DSS (Defense Security System)
policies and regulations and that all cleared employees are
trained and regularly briefed on security measures.

. Program Manager - Air Force Wire Integrity Program &
Department of Homeland Security S&T Program: Duties included
managing all program activities / tasks with overall
responsibility for submitting contract deliverables to the

included managing the subcontractors that supported the
programs with responsibility for all subcontract deliverables
to AT&T. Provide on-going support to new business by
supporting white paper and technical proposal development.

. Senior Project Engineer - Air Force Wire Integrity Program:
Duties included responsibility for 100% on-time submittal of
contract deliverables including status reports, program
management reviews and final reports. Maintain 100% customer

. Senior Project Engineer - Nexus Needle Free Device: Duties
included leading the technical team in the development of a
needleless injection medical device for the Army. Finalized
the product design, optimized manufacturing processes and
created all technical documentation necessary in support of
the 501(K) medical device submittal application to the FDA.

. Senior Project Manager/Medical Team Lead, 06/97 - 02/01:
Duties included leading the medical team to achieve business
unit goals and objectives. I interfaced with customers to
provide technical solutions on precision medical components
and develop sound business strategies. I served as the
liaison between the medical team and upper management as well
as provided technical expertise to the medical team and also
managed multiple engineering projects.

. Project Engineer, 12/91 - 06/97: Duties included leading the
research and development team that designed and manufactured
a safety product that eliminates hazardous practices in the
health care industry. I managed medical elastomer projects
from conceptual design to pre-production. I also developed
manufacturing processes for injection, compression, transfer
and cold transfer molding. I partnered with the senior
product designer to develop new product concepts, the senior
tool designer to design tooling, senior elastomer chemist to
develop elastomeric materials for optimized processing and
AQP Engineer to satisfy quality requirements.
Minnesota Rubber St Louis Park, MN 12/87 - 11/91
. Injection Tooling/Processing Engineer: Duties included
partnering with tool designers to design optimum injection
tooling. I also acted as the research and development leader
for the injection-molding program and worked closely with the
lab on material development to generate process-friendly
compounds and assisted in solving problems with tools, part
quality and developed multiple production processes. In
addition, I programmed and operated the injection molding
machinery to develop robust manufacturing processes.
