Responsible for the daily operation of multiple construction project including:

o Construction of 19 new 2 bedroom fantasy duplex villas

o 3 million dollar water park with zero entry pool and interactive water features

o New boundary wall and force main replacement.

Working with city planning, codes department and utilities to permit new projects

Meeting with architects and engineers to develop design criteria and plans for projects

Ensuring the general contractors meet design specification and schedule

Projects are completing on under budget and future expansion on hold due to economy

Project Manager Krauss-Manning Inc. October 2007 – March 2008

Lead management role for final buyout and construction of 30 luxury villas in St. Thomas USVI

Developing scope of work, project schedules and coordination with Construction Managers on

procurement and shipping of materials

Review of submittals and shop drawings, RFI and change orders

The project never received USVI government approval to proceed
