Jobs:
*Process Technician
As a process technician at JCIM, I'm to start up and shut down presses to meet the customer needs
based on
Six Sigma requirements and a lean manufacturing system. We make interior parts for companies such as
Honda, Mercedes Benz,
Kia, and General Motors. At the start of the new model year, I ran new color samples for the customers. I
can program six axis robots,
and set up molds in new presses to make an efficient start up in quick mold change systems, using magnetic
platinum’s,
and quick connect and disconnect systems. I assist the mold setters, material handlers, maintenance, other
process technicians,
and operators to achieve production schedules. I work with quality control to resolve internal and external
problems. Process technicians
also have to make sure we are inside process control limits and following RJG templates to ensure the
customer receives the
highest quality product.
