term supply agreements with multiple off shore suppliers and
manufacturers.
Initiated and drove corporate cost reduction programs.
Consistent track record of delivering high gross margins (>55%)
by focusing on supplier negotiations and driving learning curve
yield improvements. Consistently managed budget to plan.
With due diligence/ acquisition team, guided three major
transactions (+$800M purchases) that nearly tripled corporate

Drove development programs that produced some of the fastest
growing products currently sold by Lattice, including 90nm / 130
nm nonvolatile PLDs, such as the strategically critical MACHXO

Developed multiple Programmable Mixed Signal Power Management
and Clock families, which became Lattice's fastest growing
product line in 2007/2008.
Managed Programmable Mixed Signal Business unit. Increased
revenues from zero to >$10M/ yr in three years.
Reduced R&D expenses by $13M as part of a 2005 corporate
restructuring.
Reduced Corporate CAD license expenses by >25% in 2008.
