CAREER SUMMARY

Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC) www.csc.com 2/05 to 6/09

Recruiting Manager – Healthcare Group

I joined CSC, a Fortune 500 Company, in April, 2008 through their acquisition of First Consulting Group

(FCG). Having been the primary Recruiter for the Health Plan Practice at FCG, I continued in that role at

CSC with responsibility for sourcing, screening and on-boarding leadership positions within the Practice.

Positions recruited included Project Managers, Project Leaders, Business Analysts and Business

Designers as well as Principal level executives. All positions were as consultants and required 100% travel.

Clients served included large Health Plans, including several major Blue Cross organizations, United

Health Care and other similar plans.

For the first two years of employment with FCG, I was the primary Meditech Recruiter before moving to the

Health Plan Practice. I was responsible for hiring both the Meditech Implementation Consultants for

hospitals and the technical support/staff augmentation employees. Additional responsibilities included

staffing a busy Technical Support Call Center and a Claims Center for the Revenue Cycle division,

recruiting PACS and Digital Imaging Consultants and assisting the Software Services division with their

recruiting efforts.

All of my positions with both FCG and CSC required extensive contact with high level executives within the

company, inclusion in and contribution to Recruiting planning and implementation strategies and direct

input in making hiring decisions. I worked remotely from my fully equipped home office for this entire period

of time and recruited candidates from all over the United States.

Affiliated Computer Services (ACS), Austin, TX www.acs-inc.com 1/00 to 11/04

Senior Recruiter

I began my career with ACS, a Fortune 500 company, by establishing the Recruiting functions and

processes to fully staff the office responsible for administering the Children’s Health Insurance Program

(CHIP), a contract held with the State of Texas. This position mandated hiring for every department,

including Business Process Services, Information Technology (all positions), two Call Centers, Community

Based Organization specialists, Complaints and Appeals Coordinators and Executive and Administrative

positions. I worked closely with managers and executives to clarify job specifications and requirements,

discussed business objectives and developed recruiting strategies to fill current and future staffing needs.

Recruiting responsibilities were eventually expanded to include twelve assigned ACS offices in various

parts of the United States, including two Medicaid contracts, and included full cycle recruitment for

pharmacists, nurses, social workers, executive management, directors, supervisory administrative, financial

positions for all offices, four call centers and twelve technology departments. I continuously mentored

hiring managers on appropriate and legally mandated hiring/interviewing practices and procedures and

trained over 200 individuals on the newly-implemented web-based internal applicant tracking program

(Recruitmax).

As a member of the committee responsible for total contract implementation, I was a key Recruiter in the

implementation of the six hundred million dollar Texas Medicaid contract. This effort required recruiting key

management positions to move the contract from zero to over 1,000 employees within a short period of

time.

I worked remotely during my tenure at ACS and before I left the company had ultimate responsibility for

providing service to over 90 hiring managers.
