Managed daily operations for 100% carded cotton Toyoda ring spinning plant producing 470,000 lbs. per week

with 106 employees. Scheduled and managed weekly PM maintenance for 16 roving frames, 72 spinning

frames, and 42 winders.

Machinery Experience: Toyoda Roving - Spinning (RX-100), Murata – Winding, Marzoli - Ring Spinning.

• Provided support and direction to 28 maintenance personnel and 4 production managers in resolving

equipment and productivity problems 24/7.

• Conferred with supervisors to obtain data required for planning department activities, such as new

commitments, status of work in progress and problems encountered.

• Designed and implemented associate driven zone control teams that created process stability and

standardization that generated a savings of $114,000 a year in direct labor cost.
