Executive Summary
Experienced HR Generalist experienced in a variety of industries working as
an independent consultant (Blue Hills Human Resources) and HR Contractor
(Winter Wyman). Some accomplishments include: the creation and streamlining
of existing HR administrative processes resulting in increased
efficiencies, developing and recommending legally defendable HR policies,
efficiently managed benefit programs as well as bringing in new healthcare
vendor for a multi-state organization. Recruiting, Training, Hr
