Additional Information
Possess strong communication skills due to being around people often. Brought in
new customers to jobs based on word of mouth. Widely involved in volunteer work.
Was in New Orleans in May-June 2006 performing relief work. Painted houses, put
roofs up, and did construction work. Completed Pesticide Applicator’s Training
Manual for New York State Regulations on January 14, 2008. Enrolled in Cal Poly
Pomona alumni e-mentoring program which provides students with the opportunity to
obtain practical career advice from alumni members. Most recent place of
employment was funded entirely by voluntary donations. This property is visited by
40,000 people a year, thus having the need to look pristine and inviting. While we
needed to keep it looking nice, we also realized the need to use voluntary funds
wisely, and so worked at using money prudently, while not sacrificing any sort of
quality. I have the ability to perform with minimal supervision.
