Performed Quantity take offs for all materials and labor for 10 different
model homes, this included foundation, structure, mechanical, plumbing,
electrical, roofing, flooring and finishes.
Sent out all items out for subcontractor bid, performed bid comparison,
and negotiated contracts.
Entered all items into the Lennar Purchasing program and set up the
entire sub-division.
