comparison, and negotiated and executed final contracts. Supervised

and managed subcontractors throughout the performance of their

contracts.

Executed pre-bid estimates for chilled, hot water and steam piping

mechanical projects in the Southeastern United States.

Executed and Maintained submittal and RFI logs for multi-million dollar

Federal, State, and Local Government projects in Houston, TX, Glynco,

GA, Daytona Beach, FL and Cherry Point, NC

Coordinated the Purchase and release of material and equipment to

jobs sites through communication with sub-contractors, vendors and on-

site project management.

Traveled to job sites to perform take offs effected by change order to

ensure that schedule was maintained.

Lead Purchasing Agent/Estimator for the $71 million Hamilton Glen

Development in Oak Leaf Plantation, Orange Park, FL

Performed Quantity take offs for all materials and labor for 10 different

model homes, this included foundation, structure, mechanical, plumbing,

electrical, roofing, flooring and finishes.

Sent out all items out for subcontractor bid, performed bid comparison,

and negotiated contracts.

Entered all items into the Lennar Purchasing program and set up the

entire sub-division.

HVAC Technician

May 2002 – April 2006, Maronda Homes, Jacksonville, FL

Installed new HVAC Systems, to include duct work, equipment and

controls, through the Maronda Homes Northeast Florida Market.

Maintained 99% passing first time inspection rating.
