regulatory consultants.
. As an audit team leader, conducted numerous audits which identified
compliance issues, resulting in corrective actions, reduction in
potential safety issues and improvement of regulatory compliance.
. Led a team that developed a process safety management system for a
chlorine injection system in an aluminum recycling plant.
. Assessed the EHS contacts at facilities and developed a growth plan
for each of them.

Top 1% of the workforce; this was the first time in company history
that a corporate person received the award, as it was normally a field
performance-based award.
. Successfully reduced serious workplace injuries by an average of 20%
per year over a five-year period.
. Accomplished a $325K saving and a 66% reduction of vehicle collisions
in one year, by implementing preventative maintenance and defensive
driving programs, applying Six Sigma black belt skills.
. Ensured timely completion of D.O.T. regulatory compliance for a 600
vehicle delivery fleet.
. Created a wide array of procedures to support Responsible Care
Management System.
. Developed waste recycling and disposal management program and waste
