Learning and Development Specialist

Facilitate leadership training for corporate managers. Facilitate webinar

trainings to field Management Team. Develop and organize user guides, quick

tips, job aids, course materials and visuals to support training programs.

Interface with Business Engagement Team members, Business Analysts, Subject

Matter Experts, and others as needed to ensure accurate and effective

design and development of training material to support over 6600 stores.

Facilitate New Hire On Boarding, Customer Service, Sales, On the Job

Training, and Skills Development Courses. Coordinate all physical training

classroom facility needs, logistics, resources, audio/visual equipment,

production and assembly of all training materials, and managing the LMS of

350 Managers and hourly Team Members. Forecast training expenses, and

Design, coordinate, and deliver key components of the Freedom School model

during annual four-day training with over 400 college interns. Facilitating

team building activities, which involved cooperative challenges, rock
