quarterly Safety Audits of 700,000 square feet Distribution Center to
ensure we are complaint with OSHA and FDA standards. Manage LMS database of

Facilitate New Hire On Boarding, Customer Service, Sales, On the Job
Training, and Skills Development Courses. Coordinate all physical training
classroom facility needs, logistics, resources, audio/visual equipment,

Review, revise, and design, designated Girls Inc. program implementation
training agendas, activities, and materials for use with multiple diverse
training audiences and markets throughout the United States. Train adults
on the adult learning theory and methods. Direct and manage all aspects of
scheduled program implementation training events, budgets, and contractual
agreements with hired consultants/trainers, according to established

Design, coordinate, and deliver key components of the Freedom School model
during annual four-day training with over 400 college interns. Facilitating
team building activities, which involved cooperative challenges, rock
climbing and group reflection. Responsible for training in areas of Child
Development, Conflict Resolution, Classroom Management, Parent Workshops,
Leadership and Development and facilitating curricula.

Deliver key components of national Freedom School training during an annual
two-week National Training at the former Alex Haley Farm in Clinton, TN and
at the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Serve as a resource for new
and returning Freedom School sites. Provide technical assistance and
training for selected sites. Assist in the seeding of new Freedom School
sites through training, workshop presentations, and selected site visits.
