Successes include:
Early August 2005 completed four-month temporary assignment in the UK to
implement the compensation structure for over 2,500 employees. Critical to
this project were: building relationships with managers and HR team; market
pricing jobs, global level, and grade assignments; employee impact and cost
analysis for implementation, short-term incentive programs, and increase to
minimum; multiple presentations to all levels of management, union
representatives, and employees.
Project manager for implementation of global compensation structures
(excluding UK, Greece, and Germany), which began in 2003 and completed in
September 2004. Project scope included building salary structures for 34
countries, short-term incentive programs by country and level, establishing
appropriate equity programs, and communications for executives, management,

activities. Successful implementation of data audit processes and
