American Healthcare Services Association to place physical therapists,

occupational therapists, dentists, and their assistants in temporary and

permanent positions. American Healthcare Services Association is the only

membership-based organization that specializes in representing hospitals in

the critical care area of supplemental health care staffing. Supported

client staffing needs by marketing open jobs to local universities and

working with their career advisors/program directors. Attended staffing

conventions and networking events to market NextStep's staffing services to

potential clients and medical professionals. Partnered with other medical

staffing agencies for potential subcontractor agreements as an alternative

to support staffing needs. Researched and offered recommendations of small

medical staffing agencies that NextStep Medical could potentially acquire.

Other duties included interviewing and placing our administrative staff and

coordinating the company's professional liability insurance for its medical

professionals.

National Account Manager (August 2005-April 2008): Managed the placement of

pharmacists in interim positions with four national accounts; McKesson

Medication Management, Target, Wal-Mart, and CVS corporations. Provided

McKesson clients with hospital staffing support. Serviced

the Target Corporation as the exclusive provider of their retail pharmacy

staffing. Provided pharmacy staffing to CVS Corporation. Took incoming

calls from each client. Communicated each client's staffing needs and

requirements to recruiters. Provided strong relationship building with

clients by properly promoting their staffing needs, keeping the clients

informed on status of their job requests, working with the company to

resolve problems in troubled states with pharmacist shortages and by

helping each client seek alternative solutions to meet their staffing

needs.

Conducted proper presentation of pharmacists to clients by ensuring that

pharmacist employees possessed the required skills and medical tests to

properly perform duties per contractual obligations of each client's

contract. Created weekly progress reports of each client and communicated

progress to management team. Presented pharmacist employees for permanent

placement opportunities per client's requests. Other duties included

issues with pharmacist employees, building strong relationships with

helping to place their pharmacists in short term assignments. Recruited

pharmacists to cover retail assignments with Target, Wal-Mart, and Harris

pharmacists about upcoming assignments, and managing receipt of their

timecards for proper and timely pay. Managed the follow up and collection

of important documents such as drug tests, competency exams, and license

verifications. After five months as an Associate Recruiter, was groomed for

a potential account management position. During the transition period,

managed regional retail accounts that would eventually lead to the

management of the Target Corporation, the company's top retail client.
