Commercial Property Manager

Total operational, occupancy, compliance and P&L responsibility for

commercial property to include all staff, budget administration, capital

improvement projects, marketing, collections, tenant relations, tax,

legal, insurance and all financial controls and reporting. Responsible

for direct property management, as well as management of construction

projects, renovations, and office build-outs. Hired and trained

maintenance personnel. Leveraged industry contracts to control

782-unit, 27-story twin tower Lake Shore Drive high-rise with condo-

owned parking facility. Planned, directed and managed daily

operations, encompassing 20 union / non-union staff, administration of

a $2 million budget, all facets of maintenance and capital project

management, finance, accounting, compliance, marketing, tenant / board

relations, etc. Created and implemented cost control systems and

policies. Supervised several major to minor projects, including

exterior renovation and construction of new, condominium-focused
