PA NY/NJ World Trade Center/Hub Station - Project Engineer/Task Leader
Conducted project coordination with Port Authority, general contractors, architects and other disciplines for the design development of proposed Hub Station. Providing grading and drainage design for proposed Hub Station, utility connection design including water, fire, sanitary and storm sewer for the new towers and the proposed Performing Art Center in downtown Manhattan. He has also prepared associated specifications and provided shop drawings review for this project. (2008-2010)
NJTA Patcong Creek Bridge over Garden State Parkway- Senior Project Engineer/Civil Engineering Task Leader
Conducting civil/highway engineering design tasks including Grading&Drainage, Profiles, Cross- Sections, Erosion and Sediment Control, Stormwater Management, MPT, Retaining Walls for the development of Patcong Creek Bridge Project. He is also coordinating with NJ Turnpike Authority Program Management, Environmental and Structural Sub-Consultants, NJDEP, US Coast Guard. Metro-North Office Facility Renovation - Engineer
Providing civil design for the renovation of the Northern wing of a multi-level, 1950s-era building. STV is providing programming and architectural and engineering design services for the renovation, which involved architectural, structural, civil, HVAC, and electrical design including fire alarm, communications, security, plumbing, and fire protection systems. The facility will include operation and control centers, a power control area, operational support facilities, office and conference space, systems and services space, and an extensive computer center. SUNY Stony Brook Research and Development Campus Master Plan - Design Engineer
Providing grading design and stormwater management plans for the site development and roadways for a proposed 308-acre Research and Development (R&D) campus at SUNY Stony Brook in Stony Brook, NY. The master plan seeks to provide an efficient and attractive use of the site, respecting its topography and planting, and relating the future use of the site to its present appearance as a largely undeveloped parcel. The site is organized around a new internal road, which generally follows the shape of the property. (2008/2009)
NYCT Subway Station Condition Surveys - Team Leader
Inspected and provided condition ratings for 109 subway stations throughout New York City. Mr. Cinar also assisted in the development of condition guidelines for all stations. (2006/2007)

Forest City EBDI Infrastructure Master Plan - Engineer
Prepared construction documents for water and sanitary sewer design to support the preparation of an infrastructure master plan for an 80-acre urban inner-city mixed-use development known as East Baltimore Development Inc. (EBDI) in Baltimore, MD. This master plan requires evaluation and reworking of existing systems to accommodate the new infrastructure and development. (2003/2004)

Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse American Can Building - Design Engineer
Conducted water meter and clear water connection design for a 12,000-sf retail building for the American Can Company in Baltimore, MD. The site consisted of 195,000 sf of two major industrial buildings and a connecting structure which formerly housed the company’s boiler house. The design team had to work within the constraints of both an urban renewal plan and a planned unit development. The Can Company was the first project completed under the new brownfields legislation of Maryland’s nationally acclaimed Smart Growth initiative. (2004)

The expansion included a new cemetery entrance, a public restroom with a gravesite locator, completion of the roadway system, site furnishings, site signage, grading and drainage, utility distribution system, irrigation system and water sources, and landscape plantings. Conducted field studies and prepared earthwork estimates and hydraulics for the design development of a proposed trucking facility at 1910 Halethorpe Farm Road in Baltimore County, MD. The client is investigating the possibility of utilizing another site, and this project has been placed on hold. (2004)
Silo Point LLC Silo Point Phase II - Design Manager
Provided conduit design, computer-aided drafting and design (CADD) documents, and hydraulic study information for the master plan of an adaptive reuse of an existing 297-foot-tall grain elevator and silo structure on a 15-acre abandoned industrial site in Baltimore, MD. The site development includes a 1,100-car parking garage within the preserved shell of the silo building; a mix of condominiums, offices, hotel, and a restaurant in the grain elevator; and a new 15-story building. The southern half of the site includes 116 new townhouses designed to complement the existing residential fabric of the Locust Point neighborhood. A 3-acre linear park links the various uses on site, provides outdoor gathering spaces appropriate for each building and use, and establishes a physical connection for public use between North Locust Point, Fort McHenry National Monument (a popular recreational destination for area residents), and the city’s waterfront promenade. Associated Jewish Charities of Baltimore Park Heights New Social Services Building - Design Engineer
Provided design for stormwater management and utilities for a new 3-story, 45,000-sf Social Services building to replace the 30,000-sf Greenstein Building on the agency’s 6.8-acre Park Heights campus in Baltimore, MD. STV provided a stormwater management master plan, which was key to this design. The firm designed one uniform system to handle runoff of the JCC addition, the new Social Services building, and the future redevelopment of the Baltimore Hebrew University. (2004)

Conducted field work and prepared construction documents for the Rodgers Forge Condominiums in Towson, MD. This project involved the renovation of 119 buildings, each with 4 to 5 units, and was divided into separate phases. (2003/2004)
