development / product tooling design for new
turbine engine cases, sound absorbing liners
and nacelles. Composite development, refinement
and continuous improvements made on new
processes and current production lines.

Successes: Successful launch of a new line of turbine
engine nacelles for commercial and government
jet programs called JSTARS.

the first successful 100 mpg Hummer H3. This H3

Responsibilities: Define the application, design and
manufacture of primary and secondary flight
control actuators utilizing precision linear
ball screw design.

Manufacture Applications, Failure rate analysis

Successes: Control actuators designed and utilized for
the space shuttle cargo arm and the B-1 swept

to improve ICBM missile silo containment. Infra-
red radar deployment on the Boeing P8 Poseidon

within the department.

Successes: Design and retrofit a 400 ton hydro forming
press into a hydro-form machine that produced a
flawless Class -A- chrome surface while

a (7) station turning machine build in Italy.
CARB (California Air Resources Board) liaison
for large engine (truck chassis)
Tools: Pro/Engineer v.16.0 - IDL Language coding in a
knowledge-based engineering system (ICAD).
CPARS, WERS, TOC.
Successes: Brescia, Italy - $1,000,000 machining center
acquisition. I held responsibilities for the
design integrity, line item purchase, build and
run-off of a "Guitti (7) station turning
center". This effort required multiple &
extended stays in Brescia, Italy. Working with
the Italian Engineers daily, the machine was
inspected, modified and tested during build.
Run offs were a complete success and current
production levels increased due to the
successful implementation of this machine

Responsibilities: Third shift design engineer providing
timely and vital design reference for
manufacturing operations of high pressure

Successes: Coincident with the implementation of this
third shift engineering operation. Higher
profits were realized through a significant
