OBJECTIVE My goal is to obtain my BA in Public Administration in July 2010
I have now completed 4 years of college and working as a Human Resources

I serve as the main point of contact for 600+ employees regarding benefits
questions and HR policies and procedures. Processes and reconciles monthly
invoices from HR service providers (i.e. medical, dental, life and
disability, LOA, COBRA etc.), as well as time off requests. Conducts new
hire orientation and enrolls new hires in their benefits, as well as
processes qualifying event changes; pre-hire screening processes, including
criminal background checks, drug tests, and assessment tests. Track various
workforce statistics for use in workforce reports, prepare compensation
reports. Coordinates the annual open enrollment including, reconciliation
of enrollment census with vendors, communication, and meeting arrangement,
and process claims. Supports and coordinates benefits and reward programs;

regulations, provider/broker agreements, and summary plan documents and
certificates. Resolves benefits and employee relations issues (i.e.
