Supervisor, Quality Control (2004 - 2009)

. Trained, motivated and mentored the Quality Control team members on two

shifts and at three facilities on quality standards, compliance and

procedures utilizing electronic/paper prints, schematics, the AIMs

quality system and overall knowledge of the production process.

. Implemented, evaluated, and emended the QMS with the Facility and

engineering managers streaming lining processes and improving overall

quality and efficiency.

. Initiated plant wide departmental meetings between management, product

development, engineering, quality control and production team members to

identify root cause of rework and implemented mistake proofing, lowering

overall DPU by 30%. Fostered spirit of collaboration between engineering,

quality control inspectors and production departments.

. By initiating Lean Six Sigma practices, such as DMAIC, and Kaizen
