**/**09-Current Contract Recruiting Farmers Branch, Texas
Client Companies
I have sold, developed and am implementing a staffing plan for up to a
total of 40 remote office sites across the United States. This involves
creating all job descriptions, postings on multiple Internet job boards and
ad copy. Each site will have 13-15 exempt/non-exempt employees. The plan
calls for staged hiring across multiple sites with rolling commissioning
dates based on leadership team training, site build out and local market
development. I have researched and selected an ATS for the client due to
roll out with the new company website.
Additionally, I am recruiting for local positions (web development, tech
support and customer call center) personnel.
Additionally, I am engaged in searches for Orthopedic Implant
design/manufacturing engineers with Lean Six Sigma, UGS or Solid Works
experience and a strong working knowledge of rapid prototyping, CNC
milling/turning and secondary operations such as burring, blasting and
passivation.
