SAP full-cycle PSCD (Public Sector's Collection and Disbursement)
implementation that was recognized by Gartner as a leader and largest
of its kind in the world. It supported province-wide MSP billing for
British Columbia's Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Health. The
scope involved converting 2 million customer master data and 7
million transactions. This state-of-the-art billing system integrates
SAP revenue system functionality to provide secure online bill
presentment/payment, imaging, content management, and multi-channel
services (internet, call centre, IVR, email, regular mail and face-to-
face).
- Without prior archiving or PSCD experience or knowledge, I was
selected as key/sole developer in SAP archiving;
- Gathered business and project requirements to archive historical
data of a subset of customer, e.g. data - FICA documents, dunning
history, collection agency, correspondence, clearing history and
invoice history;
- Re-develop archiving mass activity enhancement to store archive-
able customers and FICA data for further processing;
- Collaborated with Basis in deploying SAP custom object across
multiple instances in a strict controlled environment;
- Work closely with conversion and cut-over teams to formulate cut-
over strategy;
Achievements -
- Instrumental in requesting for a platform to do volume-testing on
archiving;
- Worked closely with conversion team and master data coordinator to
resolve customer master data issues identified during data
conversion using LSMW;
- Successful in re-coding and testing of loan management screen-exit
and various programs which was poorly written;
