I was hired in June 2009 as Quality Manager, overseeing a staff of 24

associates. Primary responsibilities included team development through

leadership, coaching, mentoring, motivating, training, and performance

reviews. Additional responsibilities included managing the quality

management system (QMS). Primary responsibilities included the development

and/or implementation of best practices, internal auditing, collection and

reporting of metrics, overseeing the corrective and preventive action

(CAPA) program including root cause analysis (RCA) using the 5-Why

methodology, and facilitating all continuous improvement (Kaizen)

activities throughout the site. Also ensured all external requirements were
