. Part of the pre-opening team for Mount Airy Casino

Resort, which consisted of creating all policies,

procedures and work rules; negotiating benefits

contracts; creating positions and all job descriptions;

working with the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board to

create the Jobs Compendium; salary surveys; mass

recruitment; mass licensing processing; job fairs, etc.
