segment, including a roll-up of four separate businesses: Retail Electrical

Tools & Supplies (Gardner Bender), Power Distribution (Acme Electric),

Harsh Environment Products (Marinco), and, e-commerce.

. Achieved $1.2 million cost savings partnering with manufacturing to

transfer production activities to Juarez, Mexico - yielding 15 point

improvement in margin.

. Sponsored Oracle ERP implementation plan across two business units, which

simplified the back office and transactional accounting functions.

. Delivered $4 million cost savings from sourcing initiatives for small

tools and electrical components, leveraging key supplier/partners in
