Facilitate document preparation for submission to clients and/or professional publications by proofreading,

formatting, and checking citations. Coordination and design for poster submissions from solicitation of content,

general layout, design supervision, proof distribution and correction, to printing, shipping and invoicing.

workflow from receipt of manuscripts to bound issues. Work closely with managing editor to

Supervise outside vendors and delegate tasks in accordance with production schedule. Maintain quality control

throughout the production cycle; Publishing Editor, Taylor & Francis,

Oxford, UK. Implement journals and train editors-in-chief onto global online submission and

peer review system platforms. Attend editorial board meetings, coordinate team meetings,

serve as journal administrator for Molecular Physics by managing online manuscript tracking

systems, electronically receiving and processing manuscripts, providing assistance for editors

and authors, and liaising with other departments within Taylor & Francis.
