1. Set in place start-up industry-conforming programs that delivered

multimillion-dollar cost savings while minimizing liability exposure

in a heat recovery coke plant.

1. Awarded Manager of Year honors for a TIR Reduction of 3.2 over fiscal

year 2008, in addition the following fiscal year 2009 produced a TIR

of Zero.

1. Brought GSD Municipal Sanitary District to full IOSHA compliance
