Africa, Middle East and Asia.
Deputy Plant Manager, Lawrenceburg, KY, 2008
Consulted and assisted in the relocation of plant equipment and operations
from Centerville to this plant that employed 150 and provided a third of
the company's production.
Brought solutions to problem areas of plant operations by formulating and
establishing new procedures and training employees.

Focused on late shipments, which had been running approximately
$400,000/day and jeopardized customer relations, identified and
implemented processes to improve shipping performance.

location producing about two-thirds of the company's annual production.

seven direct report supervisors and 70 employees.
