other closures; subsidiary of YKK's Global Group, which has multi-million

Africa, Middle East and Asia.

Deputy Plant Manager, Lawrenceburg, KY, 2008

Consulted and assisted in the relocation of plant equipment and operations

from Centerville to this plant that employed 150 and provided a third of

the company's production.

Brought solutions to problem areas of plant operations by formulating and

establishing new procedures and training employees.

* Improved production flow reducing requests for overtime

Focused on late shipments, which had been running approximately

$400,000/day and jeopardized customer relations, identified and

implemented processes to improve shipping performance.

Assumed responsibilities of operations officer of this stand alone

location producing about two-thirds of the company's annual production.

seven direct report supervisors and 70 employees.
