compare actual performance to objective and make adjustments; release and

close work orders

. Completed 6-month in-depth training program at Ingersoll Machine Company:

> Became proficient in operating CNC milling machines (3.75 meter

masterhead and mastercenter milling machine with FANUC control)

> Learned machine assembly and disassembly, welding, painting and

deburring, machining, and shipping and receiving procedures

. Assembled new Ingersoll equipment received by AIDA America; debugged, ran

and tested machines; produced first machined parts for company; did

preventative maintenance

. Set up fixturing and tooling for milling machines, produced components of

metal forming presses, and purchased manufacturing supplies; e.g.,
