Experience
I have over ten years experience in customer service and office work. I am well
organized as well as proficient in multi-tasking. I have worked for a company that
provided cellular phone service for multiple carriers as well as a prepaid home phone
service. I have spent many years working with customers both in store and over the
phone and have been able to see the customer service experience from many different
perspectives. I also worked for two years as a Toddler 2 teacher. I was able to learn a lot
from the children in my class as well as teach them great things too. I was responsible for
the health, safety, and learning of seven two year olds currently, and this is a very large
responsibility in my eyes. The children of today are the children of our future! I too have
a desire to constantly learn new things and expand my horizons.

Duties: At Westside Learning Academy I was a three year old assistant and then a two
year old assistant. I was responsible for assisting the teachers with the children with day
to day activities, art projects, centers, snack time, lunch time, playground time, hand
washing/bath rooming and such. I was also the substitute teacher for the room when the
main teacher was not present.

Duties: My responsibilities at Rainbow were large to some and small to others. I was a
Toddler 2 Teacher. I was responsible daily for 7 to 9 two year olds. It was my job to see
that they were taken care of all day and that their basic needs and requirements were met.
These children relied solely on me for food, water and bathroom time. They also looked
to me for knowledge. Every month I had to turn in a monthly calendar with charted daily
events for the children. The calendar must also follow specific state guidelines as well as
requirements by the Director. The children in my room could not take care of themselves;
therefore I began to promote independent ness in my room to prepare them for the next
classroom, preschool.

orders, disconnects, suspends and changes amongst other kinds of orders in IRES and
Alltel Express. I have the ability of taking a new home phone order for a customer living
in the Sprint or Alltel areas and following it all the way thru to the follow up call to

developing relationships with customers, acquiring new customers as well as providing

troubleshoot repair issues by giving them detailed instructions on how to check for dial
