March 2004 to present, Economic Dev. Director, Associate Director / The

Bethlehem Center

Hired at Bethlehem Center to develop and run the Economic Development

Center. Responsibilities included budgeting, development and teaching of

training classes such as Home buyer education, Small Business and

Entrepreneur training and Financial Fitness classes.

In 2006 was asked, due to reduction in personnel to become Financial

Officer and Business Manager. Overseeing all financial, operational and

Business issues of the Bethlehem Center.

In 2008 was asked to continue to be Financial Officer and Associate

Director. Duties included overseeing all Bethlehem Center operations as

right hand man to Executive Director.

January 2002 to March 2004, Commercial Accounts Representative, ADS Alarms

Called on local businesses to propose, sell and set up installation for

Commercial fire and

Burglar alarms and camera systems. Developed my own leads and designed

systems for the

business location.

Aug. 95 to January 2002, Area Sales Manager / Distributor, MasterGuard

I conducted 2 weekly dinner programs to inform families on Home fire

safety.

These programs furnish leads for individual in home sales appointments. In

1996 through 2002,

finished in top 5 in sales in the Florida, Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee

Region and in the top 25

Nationally. Was also in the top 3 in the Nation as Sales Manager for 4 out

of 6 years.

Dec. 92 to July 95, Area Manager, Olan Mills Portrait Studios

Responsible for the overall operation of the Chattanooga Tn., North Georgia

Studios.

Increased the Sales volume from $1.6 million in 1992 to $2.2 million in

1994. Amounting to a

37% increase over two years with 150 employees. The Chattanooga area

became one of the top

producing areas in the entire Olan Mills Company.

Sept 90 to Dec 92, Metro Manager, Olan Mills Portrait Studios

Responsible for the overall operations of the Central Florida Area Olan

Mills Studios.

Was the understudy of the Area Manager. Central Florida was the top

producing area in the Olan

Mills company with over $6.5 million in sales annually. Was promoted to

Area Manager for the Chattanooga, Tn., North Georgia Area.

Jan 90 to Sept 90, Portrait Sales Consultant/Studio Manager, Olan Mills

Portrait Studios

Responsible for the selling of portraits, was quickly promoted to Studio

Manager. Duties included

the management of an Olan Mills Studio. Hiring, training Portrait sales.

Due to Management success,

was quickly promoted to Metro Manager.

June 87 to Jan 90, District Manager, Pan American Linen, Co.

Responsible for coordinating all sales and operations for 12 routes in the

Central Florida market.

Duties included new business development, coordination of services,

customer / client relations,

account receivable collections, record keeping, budgeting and inventory

control. Hired, trained

and supervised a staff of 60 employees.
