their profitability. Review operational processes to expose areas of
underachievement. Design, implement MRP/ERP systems that identify costs
and contribute to improved margins and profitability. Created a
comprehensive method for estimating projects. This included an improved
Statement Of Work (SOW) and materials order process, which encompassed
surface roughness, porosity and square area. RESULT: Supply Chain database
analysis and design to determine material order quantities, and tracking of
invoices and material usage in production. Decrease order entry process by
75%. Increase data integrity from 94% to 99.5%. This enabled the client
company to nearly double their business.
Apple Computer 2004 - 2006 Sales Associate
This was retail sales position that I did for fun. I am a Mac computer

customer factories (national and international locations). RESULTS: 45%
increase in operational availability on factory floors, expanding
production capacity for pre and post package device testing.
Manufacturing Engineering Section Manager
Supported advanced device projects via Advance Laser Applications, Ion
Implantation, Rapid Thermal Annealing (RTA), Chemical Vapor Deposition
(CVD) and Chemical Mechanical Polishing (CMP), various process development
programs. Establishing statistical process control metrics (SPCs).
Managing equipment and materials vendors Quality Systems Requirements
(QSR). Writing and presenting technical papers on projects. Completed
projects on time and under budget. Defined, designed and deployed
semiconductor manufacturing resource-planning tool (MRP). RESULT: Shortened
product development lifecycle by 25%. Increased the capacity of the R&D lab
by 30%, without adding personnel or production tooling. Created several
